What is a Bill of Lading, or BOL?
A legal binding document created by a freight shipping company or customer that recognizes specific goods received and loaded for transporting to a location. The BOL lists origin and destination information, Terms and Conditions, payment information and more.
How do I assemble my crate?

- Invoice commercial accounts only with credit approval.
If an R+L Carriers chargeable account is in place we can charge that company account, however your R+L discount will not apply on You Crate moves.
How many days do we have to pack and unpack the container?
You Crate does allow 2-3 days for packing and unpacking of the containers.
Does You Crate offer a driver wait program?
You Crate does offer a driver wait program on single shipment items (at the discretion of Driver/Dispatcher). Our drivers are in no way permitted to pack the containers or crates. You Crate is a self-packaging and crating company and the actual packing is the responsibility of the shipper. The driver will WAIT if the product is available to pack immediately when he arrives. No longer than 15 minutes.
What is You Crate’s cancellation policy?
If your order is cancelled within 48 hours of the empty crate delivery, you will be charged a $100 fee.
